Scott Quigg-Yoandris Salinas Purse Bid on July 15th

The World Boxing Association ordered a purse bid for the mandatory fight for the vacant title at 122 pounds, between interim champion Scott Quigg and top ranked contender Yoandris Salinas. The order was made ​​by the Committee of the WBA Championships, which set the purse bid for Monday July 15 at 11:00 am at the offices of the World Boxing Association, located in Marbella, Panama. Responsible for directing the auction will be the WBA's Executive Vice President Gilberto Jesus Mendoza.

The minimum amount to participate will be $ 120,000, and the purse will be distributed 50% to interim champion and 50% for the second applicant. The fight must take place within 90 days, as provided in the regulations.
