Jose Enrique “Sugar” Salgado is in the final stage of his training for his upcoming fight against Oscar Blanquet (32-7-1, 23KOs), when Salgado defends his NABF super flyweight title on June 21st at the Oasis Arena in Cancun, Mexico.  This card is promoted by Cancun Boxing, Golden Boy Promotions and Boxing Time Promotions.

Salgado, who holds a record of 33 wins, 27 KO’s, 2 losses and 1 draw, is training very hard in order to successfully retain his title at the a Gym in Cozumel, where he is side by side with young boxers who participated in the National tournament 2014. Salgado wants to win this fight because he knows if he does a shot for the world title will be appreciably closer.
