Super featherweight contender Nery Saguilan (26-4-1, 10KOs) will attempt to bounce back from defeat. Last November he dropped a close twelve round split decision to Sergio Puente in Monterrey, Mexico. On January 11th, he returns to action against Adones Aguelo (20-8-2, 12KOs) at the Auditorio Benito Juarez in Veracruz. Aguelo is returned from an August eight round split draw with unbeaten Japanese prospect Ryuto Kyoguchi, which took place in Osaka.
