According to R-Sport media agency, Andrey Ryabinskiy, a powerful newcomer to the Russian pugilistic community, was approached by some agents to stage the third fight between the sport's youngest heavyweight champion Mike Tyson (50-6, 44 KOs) and perennial champion and then contender Evander Holyfield (44-10-2, 29 KOs). The contest between two American icons would take place in Moscow, Russia, either as an exhibition or as a real professional match.

"Indeed, this offer was made and is now being discussed. More info will be available after Evander Holyfield arrives in Moscow on Nov. 13", said Olga Novitskaya, a PR manager of MIC Inc., the mortgage company, headed by Ryabinskiy, who is best known for staging several high-profile boxing events in Moscow this year, including the mega-fight between Wladimir Klitschko and Alexander Povetkin.
