Vadim Kornilov, who advises undefeated Russian junior welterweight contender Ruslan Provodnikov (17-0) has advised BoxingScene.com that he will look to match his fighter with the winner of the Tim Bradley-Devon Alexander showdown. "Ruslan wants to fight the best fighters out there so we want the Bradley-Alexander winner."
Provodnikov first must defeat Mauricio Herrera (15-1) tomorrow on ESPN's Friday Night Fights. Kornilov knows that the Bradley-Alexander winner may have their sights set on Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather or Amir Khan. "If Ruslan can't get the winner in his next fight then hopefully by the end of the year. He is ready for a big fight."
