Roy Jones Jr.-Dawid Kostecki is Heading To June 30th

By Luke Furman

According to several sources in Poland, light heavyweight Dawid Kostecki (39-1, 25 KOs) will face American boxing legend, 43-year-old Roy Jones Jr. (55-8, 40 KOs), a former four division world champion, on June 30th in Lodz.  The fight would take place over the ten round distance at light heavyweight.

Kostecki lost once, a ninth round knockout to Rachid Kanfouah in 2006. Jones snapped a three fight losing streak in December, winning a ten round decision over Max Alexander. Jones' last two fights took place at the cruiserweight level.
