Roman Gonzalez Faces Juan Francisco Estrada on 11/17

By Rafael Soto

At 22 years old, Juan Francisco "Gallo" Estrada is going to receive the biggest opportunity of his pro career. That's the good news. The bad news - Estrada has to face and beat one of the best fighters in the world, WBA junior flyweight champion Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez. Estrada (22-1-0, 18 KOs) vs. "Chocolatito" Gonzalez (33-0-0, 28 KOs) will take place on Saturday November 17 at the Sports Arena Los Angeles, according to Zanfer Promotions.

The bout is going to be the co-feature to the flyweight unification between Brian Viloria and Tyson Marquez. Estrada has one defeat on his record, by decision, to current IBF super flyweight champion Juan Carlos Sanchez Jr. WealthTV will televise the show in the United States and Azteca in Mexico.
