Roman-Boschiero Shifts To October 10th in Calais
By Per Ake Persson
In a suprising move, the defense of EBU super featherweight champion Romain Jacob (21-0) against Deivis Boschiero (34-2-1) has been moved from August 9 in Abano (Italy) to Calais (France) on October 10.
OPI 2000 won purse bids June 3 in Rome with a bid for 84,717 Euro while ABC Calaisien bid 84,121 Euro.
The parties have now however made a new agreement and the fight is moved to Calais where Jacob won a close split decision over Boschiero the first time they fought.
For Belgian Ermanno Fegatill this means he will have to wait a bit longer before facing the winner but he has agreed to wait.
