Undefeated prospect Rohit Singh (6-0, 6KOs) is set to battle heavyweight veteran Chauncy Welliver (55-7-5, 22KOs) on February 8th at the War Memorial Civic Centre in Thames, New Zealand. Williams two in a row since dropping fights to Sherman Williams and Kyotaro Fujimoto.
Welliver was only stopped once, by Odlanier Solis in August of 2008, while the unbeaten Singh has stopped every opponent. At 35-years-old, Singh is no spring chicken. He went pro in 2004 and then took off until 2011. No opponent has lasted more than two rounds with Singh.
