Trainer Roger Mayweather once again appeared on The Boxing Truth audio show and let loose on Manny Pacquiao over the failed negotiations to make a fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr.

A few days ago, Roger's brother, Floyd Mayweather Sr., told BoxingScene.com that Pacquiao is taking an overseas military-style performance enhancer. On Sunday night, Roger made the same allegations by telling the listening audience that Pacquiao is taking some type of drug called "A-side meth."

I searched around but found very little information on a military drug called A-side meth. Roger and Floyd Sr. claim the drug was used by the military in the Philippines to give soldiers the ability to continue fighting after suffering severe injuries from gunfire. Pacquiao has a pending defamation suit in Nevada against Roger, Floyd Sr. and several other defendants. The legal case revolves around the claims being made by the Mayweathers that Pacquiao is taking performance enhancing drugs.

"If Manny Pacquiao wanted to fight, he would have taken the fight already. He didn't fight because number one, he didn't want to take the test. Any time a guy don't want to make $100 million dollars, that tells you right there he got sh*t illegal in him anyway," Mayweather said.

"How is a guy going to turn down $100 million dollars? Tell me. A guy turns down a $100 million dollars because he doesn't want to take a test. Everybody takes a test. Everybody takes a blood test. He said 'I don't want to take no blood test'. You don't want to take a blood test? All fighters take blood tests. We ain't saying he didn't want to fight. He didn't want to take the test. That's what we're saying. People want to see it but you can't make a fight when a motherf**ker don't want to take a test."

"Every fighter in the history of the sport of boxing - they all take a test. Not Floyd. Not Ali. Not Pacquiao. But every motherf**ker [who] laced them gloves up. If he's going to fight in that ring, he's going to take a test. It ain't about whether Floyd will take the test. Floyd has no problem taking a test. This motherf**ker don't want to take the test. That's why the fight didn't happen. He got that sh*t in him, that's why he didn't to take the test. If I'm fighting you, and I believe that you have something illegal inside your ass and I telling you take a test, you taking the same test that I'm taking but you don't want to take it. That tells you already that he has something in his motherf**king system."

After everything is said and done, Mayweather placed the entire blame on Pacquiao for the fight with Floyd Jr. falling apart.

"Manny Pacquiao fight didn't happen because that motherf**ker didn't want to take that test. He didn't want to take that Olympic style drug test. That's why, because he knows that he's got sh*t in his system. I know what he's got in his system though. I know what that motherf**ker got. He's got that A-side meth. You can look it up on the internet. How else is a guy going to turn down $100 million motherf**king dollars? Let's say it's $75 million or $60 million, that's still more money than he's made in his whole motherf**king life," Mayweather said.

When Mayweather was questioned about the May 1 fight with Shane Mosley, he showed a lot of respect. He said the fight will not come down to Mosley's advantage in size or strength. He said the fight will come down to which of the two is the better mental strategist in the ring.

"My nephew started at 130-pounds and won a title at 154-pounds. What does that have to do with anything? Most boxing fans don't know sh*t about boxing. You have dudes that commentate about boxing and that don't know sh*t about boxing. Motherf**kers don't know sh*t. You have Jim Lampley, and all of these commentating and they don't know sh*t about boxing. If they knew anything about boxing, they would know where the greatest fighters come from [the Midwest]," Mayweather said.

"It's not a matter of strategy. It's a matter of adapting to whatever the fighter does. That's what boxing is about. That's the only strategy about boxing. Anytime you fighting a certain fighter, you work on things the fighters does pretty much more common. That's what you try to capitalize on. you try to capitalize on his weakness. I had a guy who beat Shane Mosley four times. You know who was the guy who beat him four times? Vernon Forrest beat him four times. He beat him twice in the amateurs and twice in the pros."

He gave Mosley his due by calling him a great fighter. Mayweather said the fight won't be easy but his nephew's skills will overcome Mosley's charge.

"He's [Mosley] a great fighter, he couldn't win all of them titles if he wasn't a great fighter. I'm not saying he's not. We know the fight is not going to be easy, but boxing is a thinking man's game. It ain't so much when a guy punch hard because you have to find a motherf**ker to hit. You have to find the guy first. In terms of the fight itself, it going to boil down to skills. It's skills that pay the bills," Mayweather said.
