According to ABC's Las Vegas affiliate KTNV, Roger Mayweather was found safe around 10:30 a.m. and there are no health concerns.
Roger, uncle and former trainer of retired five division world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr., was reported missing by the Las Vegas police department. Authorities said he was last seen around 3 p.m. Saturday in the area of Spring Mountain Road and Valley View Boulevard, less than a mile away from Mayweather Boxing Club.
There was a lot of immediate concern because the 55-year-old former fighter suffers from several known medical issues, including diabetes, and did not have his medication.
Roger, 55-years-old, retired in 1999 with a pro record of 59-13 and 35 knockouts. He ended his career with a total of nine major and minor titles in four weight classes.
In recent years, Roger had to step away from training Mayweather and working his corner due to health concerns. He was replaced by Floyd's father and original trainer, Floyd Mayweather Sr.
