Rocky Martinez Injured, To Withdraw From Cruz Showdown

By Ryan Burton has been advised that former super featherweight champion Roman "Rocky" Marintez has pulled out of his April 16th clash against fellow Puerto Rican Luis Cruz. Martinez sustained a fracture in his right thumb and also sustained an injury to his back in training camp. Martinez plans on taking a few weeks off to heal and hopes to have the fight rescheduled in the near future.
