Robert Stieglitz To Return on October 19th in Leipzig

By Per Ake Persson

WBO super middleweight champion Robert Stieglitz (45-3, 26KOs) will make his return on October 19th at the Leipziger Messe Halle in Leipzig, Germany. Stieglitz has fought twice in 2013, gaining revenge over Arthur Abraham with a fourth round stoppage in March and then coming back in July to secure a TKO in ten over Japan's Yuzo Kiyota. The October opponent has yet to be finalized, but SES plans to announce the name at a press conference next Monday. A third showdown against Abraham might on the horizon but most likely not this year. Sat 1 will televise the fight in Germany.
Ward needs to stop avoiding this force of nature, he is probably shook up by how easily he dispatched AA.
By "force of nature" do you mean Stieglitz? And you state that Ward is supposedly avoiding this guy? I trust…

Ward needs to stop avoiding this force of nature, he is probably shook up by how easily he dispatched AA.

It will probably be a fairly easy defence to ensure the that the lucrative rubber match against AA doesn't evaporate.
