BoxingScene.com has been advised that newly crowned EBU heavyweight king Kubrat Pulev (16-0, 8KOs) now have former champion Robert Helenius (17-0, 11KOs) as his mandatory challenger.
When and where is very much up in the air as Robert is still in rehab after the serious shoulder injury he suffered in the controversial points win over Dereck Chisora in December, which also forced him to relinquish the title. Pulev stepped in and stopped Alexander Dimitrenko to win the vacant title.
Both Helenius and Pulev are promoted by Sauerland Event.
