Hong Kong's Rex Tso To Defend WBC Asia Council Continental Super Flyweight Title in Hong Kong on May 28th
Rex Tso will make the first defence of his WBC Asia Council Continental Super Flyweight against Wandee Singwancha in Hong Kong on May 28th.
The 25 year old Hong Konger is currently undefeated in the professional ranks and coming off the most impressive win of his career against Timur Shailezov at the Convention Towers and Exhibition Center last November.
Tso (8-0) will be returning to the same venue to take on the veteran Wandee (67-16-1). The Thai is much more experienced but has been in decline of late, losing four out of his last five fights.
There will be at least one more Thai fighter on the card because Ekapol Yothinpanawet (13-1) is scheduled to fight Filipino Mike Tumbaga (12-17-2) for the vacant WBC Asian Boxing Council light welterweight title.
