Reveco vs. Kuroda in Play For February 27 in Tokyo

According to Agentina's Juan Carlos Reveco, he will defend the interim-flyweight championship of the World Boxing Association (WBA) against Japan's Masayuki Kuroda on the 27th of February in Tokyo. This would be the third defense of the crown that Reveco won on June 10, 2011, when he knocked out Jean Piero Perez of Venezuela in the second.

Reveco has a record of 29 wins, 16 of them before the distance and one loss. Meanwhile, Kuroda is the Japanese flyweight champion and made four defenses of that title. He is ranked at number seven by the WBA and goes for his first major title. He has a record of 21 wins, 13 of them by knockout, 3 losses and 2 draws. Both fighters are 26-years-old.
