This will mark the first fight in the careers of Les Madden and James Spark, while Josh Webb, Ben Whitaker and Steven Spark will all be looking to continue their success of late.

Also travelling to Ballina with the amateur boxing team, are the Smithy’s Gym professionals, Les Sherrington, Jack Asis, Brayd Smith and Arnel Tinampay ahead of their massive fights at the Gold Coast Convention Centre on July 28.

The fighters will be there to add an extra bit of support to the young amateur team, as well as being interviewed center ring to advertise their upcoming fights.

It will also mark the first night that professional boxers will be in camp on the Gold Coast in the final week before the July 28 promotion.
