Prichard Colon (1-0, 1 KO's), a former member of the national amateur boxing team, in all probability will return to the ring on March 23 at an event to be held at the Bahia Shrine Temple in Orlando, Florida against an  opponent to be named. He made his pro debut on February 23 at Cosme Beitía Salamo and stopped Lasalle Xavier (0-2) in the first round of a match agreed upon at 150 pounds. As an amateur, he amassed an impressive record of 170-15 and won various medals in both local and international tournaments. His debut came on Miguel Cotto Promotions undercard that was televised on WAPA 2.
