Povetkin's Manager Only Impressed By Rahman's Fatness

By Yuri Tarantin, Allboxing.ru

Vladimir Hyrunov, the manager of WBA "regular" world heavyweight champion Alexander Povetkin, was not impressed by two-time former WBC king Hasim Rahman. There was a lot of tension at a recent press conference in Germany. Povetkin vs. Rahman takes place on September 29 in Hamburg. Rahman promised to do a lot of damage to Povetkin on the night of the fight. Hyrunov laughed at the comments and poked fun at Rahman's physical shape. Photo by Wilhelm Springer/box-info.net

"The greatest impression that Rahman made on me were his physical dimensions. He looks like he has a contract with a famous American fast food restaurant chain," Hyrunov said.

By putting down Rahman's weight, Pov's manager is only diminishing this farce of a fight that much more. :grumble:
