All 18 boxers who fought on Sept. 12 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas came up negative for the banned substances tested for in Nevada’s drug-screening panel, according to an email from state athletic commission Executive Director Keith Kizer.
The card featured a main event in which welterweight prospect Shawn Porter outpointed Julio Diaz over 10 rounds in a rematch of their December 2012 draw.
That bout was broadcast on Fox Sports 2 and Fox Deportes, as was the co-feature pitting 168-pound prospect Badou Jack against Marco Antonio Periban, which ended as a draw.
The card also featured prospects Dominick Breazale, Jermall Charlo, Diego De La Hoya, Robert Easter, Terrell Gausha and Errol Spence, all of whom scored stoppage victories. A bout between unbeaten fighters Hugo Centeno Jr. and Julian Williams ended as a no contest.
