Pingo Miranda Stops Diale in Four Rounds To Retain

QUERETARO, QUERETARO - Julio Cesar "Pingo" Miranda held the WBO flyweight title with a fourth round TKO at 1:29 over Filipino Arden Diale in the headline bout, promoted by Zanfer Promotions. Miranda (35-5-1, 28 KOs) made his third defense of the title, but Diale (15-6-3, 3 KOs), suprised the champion with a knockdown in the first round. "Pingo" got up and went out like a man on a mission with hard shots to the head and body in the second round, and then sent Diale down in the third and then in the fourth round to get the stoppage win.

"Pingo" Miranda has a WBO mandatory in his next fight. The #1 contender is Brian Villiora former two time 108lbs titleholder. Would like to see Villiora become the WBO (112)lbs titleholder
