The final press conference was held at the Hotel Grand Palace in Tokyo, Japan - for the big event scheduled for November 10th at the Kokugikan Arena. The bantamweight champion of the World Boxing Council (WBC), Japan's Shinsuke Yamanaka (19-0-2, 14KOs), will be defending his title against Mexican challenger, Alberto "Metro" Guevara (18-1, 6 KOs).

Two-time former world featherweight champion Jorge Linares (34-3, 22KOs), will be facing Dominican Francisco Contreras (21-3, 16 KOs), who will replace the injured Richar Abril.

Mexico's Oscar Blanquet (32-6-1, 23 KOs) will face undefeated Nicaraguan flyweight Román "Chocolatito" Gonzalez (36-0, 30 KOs). And, Mexican lightweight Edgar Lomeli (14-3-2, 8 KOs) is trading blows with former world featherweight and super featherweight champion Takahiro Aoh (24-3 -1, 11 KOs) in a ten round fight.
