Martirosyan, 25, is the WBC Silver Belt Champion and is in line for a world title fight. He has a record of 30-0, 19 KOs and is coming off a knockdown war and a TKO win over Saul Roman in a WBC eliminator fight.  Gutierrez has a record of 26-7-1, 16 KOs. He was born in Colombia and now fights out of Miami.

Also on the FSN nationally televised card will be Casey Ramos, the tough 14-0 super featherweight from Austin, Texas.  Ramos will face Joselito Collado, 12-0, of Queens, N.Y.  Ramos is a two-time South Texas "Fighter of the Year."
