Vázquez Jr. (20-0-1, 17 KOs), who will defend his crown next May 7th in Las Vegas against dangerous former three time champion Jorge "Travieso" Arce (56-6-2, 43 KOs), joined businessman Jorge Hernandez (owner of La Hoguera), to help Jose Antonio Resto Adorno, who for the last three years was sleeping in a car.
“Always, we try to help people in different ways, and always if we can do it, we do it", Vazquez Jr said.
Vazquez Jr., Hernández, and some people organized a fundraiser in Bayamon, get Resto Adorno an apartment in the Sierra Linda, Bayamon area and bought the furniture and electronic appliances to the grateful man.
“Now, efforts are being made to find a job for Resto Adorno", promoter Felix "Tutico" Zabala said.
