Hermosillo, Son - The protagonists of Saturday's function - "Mexico vs Philippines" - which takes place at the Multipurpose Center (CMU) in Hermosillo, were present for their open media workouts. World champion Hernan "Tyson" Marquez, the challenger Edrin Daupudong and David "Tornado" Sanchez, showed great fitness and boxing, and showed small dose of what will transpire the ring.

The "Tyson" Marquez (30-2-0, 23 KOs) will make the first defense of his flyweight championship of the World Boxing Association (WBA) against Filipino boxer Edrin Daupudong (22-3-0, 13 KOs) in Zanfer function that will be broadcast by TV Azteca nationally and internationally by Fox Sports.

"I feel stronger every day and anxious, and want it to be Saturday to climb into the ring and defend my world title at home. There will be no problem making weight on Friday and hope to see the venue full on Saturday in order to give my people a great satisfaction," said Marquez.
