Former two division world champion Tomasz Adamek (44-2, 28 KOs) is training very hard for his return to the ring, scheduled for March 24th in Brooklyn, as part of the undercard to the junior welterweight bout between Zab Judah (41-7, 28 KOs) and Vernon Paris (26-0, 15 KOs). NBC Sports Network will televise. Adamak last fought on September 10th, when he was stopped by Vitali Klitschko (44-2, 40 KOs) in Wroclaw.

The Polish boxer is training in Newark, New Jersey under the supervision of trainer Roger Bloodworth and Tyler Woodman, the man in charge of Adamek's strength training. Adamek is training five times a week, twice a day. For several days, he takes part in sparring.

"The name of my opponent will be announced soon, it will probably be Nagy Aguilera or Donnell Holmes. I'm hungry to fight and I missed my fans. I can not wait for this fight," Adamek said.
Good stuff. I wonder if he'll ever get accustomed to heavy weight. Is it possible to gain strength over time? o_O
in his case, it won't happen dude wasn't a puncher at 175, imagine, and he hasn't showed heavyweight power yet and he won't despite weighing around 215 lbs
