Photos: Saul Alvarez, Victor Ortiz, Oscar - Mobbed in LA

LOS ANGELES, California - WBC junior welterweight champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, WBC welterweight champion Victor Ortiz, and their promoter Oscar De La Hoya of Golden Boy Promotions, were mobbed by thousands of people at the famous Plaza Olvera. Alvarez and Ortiz were joking, singing and having fun with their Hispanic fans. Both fighers are in action this Saturday, with Alvarez defending his title against Alfonso Gomez at Staples Center in LA, while Ortiz defense at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas against Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Amazing how many fans Canello has being 21 and with a fairly short although promising career. More power to him.
