Photos: Roman Gonzalez, Raul Garcia Go Face To Face

One of the best boxers in the world Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez of Nicaragua will take on Raul "Principe" Garcia of Mexico this Saturday in the main event of a boxing card presented by Top Rank and Showdown Promotions at the Pomona Fairplex in Pomona, California. Photos by German Villasenor.


 
Gonzalez will defended his WBA 108-pound title against the former world champion Garcia of La Paz, Baja California, Mexico.


 
"This is only my second fight in the United States and I want to give a good fight for the fans", said Gonzalez, today.


 
Garcia, who is the brother of another former champion Raul Garcia, is looking forward to the challenge.


 
"I know Gonzalez is a great fighter with a lot of power, but I am a good boxer and my style will give him trouble. This is a good fight for both us to show the fans what great fights the little guys can give them", said Garcia.
