Madison Square Garden, New York City - Former WBA lightweight champion Brandon Rios (29-0-1, 21 KOs) punished John Murray (31-2, 18 KOs) before stopping him in the eleventh round. At the time of the stoppage, Murray's face was a complete mess and both of his eyes were badley swollen.

Junior middleweight contender Delvin Rodriguez (26-5-3, 14 KOs) won a ten round unanimous decision over Pawel Wolak (29-2-1, 19 KOs). The scores were 98-91, 98-91, 100-90. They fought to ten round majority draw earlier this year.

In an IBF welterweight eliminator, Mike Jones (25-0, 18 KOs) won a twelve round unanimous decision over Sebastian Lujan (38-6-2, 24 KOs). The scores were 118-110, 119-109, 119-109.
