The rumors appear to be true. Former chamion Ricky Hatton is losing slimming down and losing a lot of weight. Besides the weight washing off, Hatton is rumored to be making a comeback. The Manchester superstar has been inactive since getting knocked out in two rounds by Manny Pacquiao in 2009. Hatton has been back in the gym and training his promotional prospects Ryan Burnett and Adam Little.

Maybe Ricky is losing weight because he's sick of being a fat bastard and not because he's returning to the ring. Hatton is done with boxing as far as fighting goes, no way he returns and if he does he's a moron.
Hatton does look in a lot better shape & should stay that way & hopefully could become a good trainer, but he also looks a lot older than what he actually is(he's only 34 & he looks like he's in his late 40's to early 50's)
B/c COCAINE is a HELL'aVA drug!!!!
Losing any weight at this point will weight drain him. Might not pass 2nd rd again.
there is a big difference between losing fat weight and water weight. cutting too much water weight before a weigh in will drain you. losing fat wont hurt anybody

Hopefully he's just losing the weight for himself and to be a better and more professional trainer. I don't want to see him back in the ring but I'll be cheering him on if he is. I'd probably never have got into boxing without him.
