Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico - Humberto "Zorrita" Soto and Jorge "Travieso" Arce share the same dream and goal: to be champions in four different divisions, which so far has no Mexican boxer in history been able to accomplish.

The two universal champions, proudly representing Sinaloa, will headline along with Omar "Businessman" Chavez a great evening of boxing on September w18 ill be held at the football stadium of the Dorados in this city, and to be aired on TV throughout Mexico through Azteca, and on Fox Sports, as part of the Top Rank Live series in the United States and around the world.

In a large press conference which took place in the capital of Sinaloa, made the official announcement of event called "Battle for Glory" where Soto, Arce and Francisco Franco the Zanfer Commercial Director were present, with the approval of Director of the Institute of Sport Dr. Juan Martinez, President of Los Dorados Jose Antonio Nuñez and co-promoter John Tachna.

Soto (52-7, 32 KO) will defend his WBC lightweight title against Colombian Fidel Monterrosa (23-1, 18 KO), while "Travieso" Arce (55-6, 42 KO) will exchange blows before with Venezuelan Lorenzo "Lencho" Parra (31-2, 18 KO) in a WBO eliminator to become the world championship challenger at super bantamweight.

Chavez (23-0, 16 KO) will fight a rematch with Rodrigo Juarez (15-11, 11 KO). Both gave a great fight last May in Tepic, Nayarit, where the "son of the legend" won a split decision.

The feature called "Battle for the Glory", is part of the celebrations of the bicentennial of the independence of Mexico, and will be the third to be held in the capital of Sinaloa with a universal title on the line.

"I can say little of my rival, but his record justifies that he is a good fighter and obviously a dangerous challenger," said Soto on Monterrosa. "But we're prepared for everything, and I must confess that I have worked hard, and he will have to kill me to snatch the belt."

Soto said that after this confrontation he will seek the junior welterweight title, although it has not become an obsession. The opponent represents the key to open the door to fight more interesting contests with better pay, "one must acknowledged that there are big names in that divisions. "

Responding to a question about a possible fight with Manny Pacquiao, the "Zorrita" said he is always ready and willing to fight the best and strongest, but are those boxers who have not given the opportunity.

"Marquez and Erik Morales say they want a chance, well, here I am, I will fight with them when and wherever they want, this is business."

Soto hopefully will have better options in the next higher division, because he says that he will have a stronger and better punch.

His distinctive style, the popular "Travieso" Arce said not to worry about anything because he will win the fight.

"Parra is a great fighter, with quality and technique, but I'm having a great time. I want to win a fourth world title, as well as two other countrymen are trying to do the same (Soto and Fernando Montiel), and it will be a Sinaloa who will become the first to do so in the history of Mexico."

"I'm happy to go back to Culiacan. I have not fought here since 2004 when I beat Juan Centeno of Nicaragua, and believe me people will happy in the stadium because I promise to offer a great fight, and not only that, but I'm going to win," he added.
