Photos: Oquendo in Beast Mode For Vazquez Jr. Clash

SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO- Super bantamweight contender Jonathan “Polvo” Oquendo showed today that he is in great shape during a hard training session for his fight against Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. in “The War”, to be held on October 6 at the Coliseo Ruben Rodriguez in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, in a PR Best Boxing Promotions (PRBBP) presentation, in association with All Star Boxing, Top Rank and Promociones Zanfer to be broadcast on “Pay Per View”.

Headlining “The War”, Oquendo (22-2, 15 KOs), the #3 ranked by the WBO t super bantamweights and the WBO Latino champion, will face Vazquez Jr. (21-2-1, 18 KOs), the former WBO super bantamweight champion and WBO #8 ranked, for the WBO International 122lb title, in a fight scheduled to 12 rounds.
