Bahia Blanca, Buenos Aires, Argentina - Cesar "Junito" Seda (20-0, 15KOs) went face to face with the WBO's worl champion at 115-pounds, Omar Narvaez (33-0-2, 19KOs). The two boxers will finally collide on April 15 in a very anticipated fight.
