Bahia Blanca, Buenos Aires, Argentina - Cesar "Junito" Seda (20-0, 15KOs) went face to face with the WBO's worl champion at 115-pounds, Omar Narvaez (33-0-2, 19KOs). The two boxers will finally collide on April 15 in a very anticipated fight.

Ceda is a good opponent for Narvaez. He is well known in Puerto Rico, Narvaez is definitely trying to make noise in the world so he can get a big fight. If he wins this, he should fight Cazares. That's the fight he is being trying to get since he move up to this division.
