MEXICO - WBO President Francisco Valcarcel presented Moises Fuentes with his WBO world strawweight championship, after pulling off a big win on 27th of August in Baja California, when he secured an upset decision over favored champion Raul "Rayito" Garcia.

Maybe he should sell the belt and use it to buy some food and nutrients, then move to a big boy weight class instead of fighting malnurished men who weight 98 lb. Minimumweight needs to be atleast 118-120, anything else…
