Photos: Mike Tyson Stops Near Brawl at ESPN Weighin

By Reynaldo Sanchez

It was a fiery weigh-in for the ESPN Friday Night Fights televised card, taking place tomorrow night at the Target Center, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The card is presented by Iron Mike Productions, Seconds Out Promotions and Warriors Boxing, the event (the year's first installment of the 17th season of ESPN Friday Night Fights) will be headlined by a 12-round main event for the IBF Junior Lightweight Championship fight between champion Argenis Mendez (21-2-1, 11 KOs) of Brooklyn, New York via San Juan, Dominican Republic and #1-ranked undefeated challenger Rances "Kid Blast" Barthelemy (19-0, 12 KOs) from Miami, via Cuba.

There is also a 10-round middleweight war between hometown hero Caleb "Golden" Truax (23-1, 4 KOs) of Minnesota and Ossie "The Ghanaian Gladiator" Duran (28-11-2, 11 KOs) of Ghana.

Things got very heated between super featherweight prospect Dennis Galarza and Celiel Castillo, which required the intervention of lead promoter and former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson.

Also welterweight prospect Erickson Lubin will return against Luis Santiago.

Mike Tyson: "Boys, I'm the only one here allowed to brawl. Calm the fock down."

So happy to see Mike in the game in a different position. I hope he can make a lot of money as a promoter to replace all the millions stole from him from greedy people
I would love to see Manny Pacquiao go fight for Tyson!
That would be such an awesome thing to happen, it would make Mayweather - Pacquiao that much bigger if it were to happen.

It still amazes me that Mike Tyson has not murdered someone with his own bare hands. Considering that he had gone through so much adversity even after becoming a championship boxer.
