I get Wapa TV on Dish Network... but that's probably because I'm in Puerto Rico and it's part of their "local channels" package?!? (Channel 4)

i guess this channel "wapa" is only on directv which i used to have and then recently changed to dishnetwork and can't find the channel unless i'm not looking correctly,anybody have dish and get wapa?
