| Photos: Marco Antonio Barrera Breaks Arias in Two

By Rafael Soto At the Coliseo Olimpico at the Universidad de Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, former three division champion Marco Antonio Barrera (67-7, 43 KOs) stopped Jose Arias (15-2, 9 KOs) in the second round of their junior welterweight bout. Arias went down in the first minute of the first. He recovered but went down again the second and was battered until the referee stopped the fight.
