Coliseo Mario 'Quijote' Morales, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico - In a WBO Latino title bout at 115lbs - LUIS MALDONADO (35-7-1, 26KOs) dropped a ten round majority decision to JUAN MERCEDES (26-3, 17KOs). Mercedes won by majority decision when judges voted 96-94, 95-95 and 97-93.

(137lbs – 6 Rounds) -  LUIS JOEL GONZÁLEZ (8-0-1, 5KOs) stopped LUIS RODRÍGUEZ (6-4-1,1KOs). González won by TKO at 2:54 of the third round. Rodríguez knocked down Gonzalez two times, but when Gonzalez got up, he sent Rodríguez to the canvas and then referee Gino Rodríguez stopped the fight when Rodriguez was in bad shape.

(114lbs – 4 Rounds) - JONATHAN GONZÁLEZ (4-0, 4KOs) stopped GABRIEL CRUZ Portland, Oregon (4-4-1, 1KOs). González won by KO at :56 seconds of the second round. Cruz was down two times in the second round.

(154lbs – 6 Rounds) -  GIOVANNI RODRÍGUEZ (6-0, 4KOs) stopped JOSÉ RAMÓN SÁNCHEZ (2-10-1, 0KOs). Rodríguez won by TKO at :02 of the third round when Sanchez didn’t come out from his corner.

(124lbs – 4 Rounds) - KENNETH RIVERA (1-0, 1 KOs) stopped NED LÓPEZ (1-1, 1KO’s). Rivera won by TKO at 2:16 of the second round when a right hand sent López to the floor and the referee stopped the bout.

(143lbs – 4 Rounds) - KENNETH DÍAZ (1-0, 1KOs) stopped NELSON AGOSTO (0-2). Díaz won by KO at 1:47 of the first round when a hard combination sent Agosto to the canvas.

(135lbs – 4 Rounds) - IVÁN VÁZQUEZ and JESÚS JAVIER CINTRÓN - The fight ended in a draw when judges voted 38-36 for Vázquez, 39-36 for Cintrón and 38-38.
