Photos: Jose Sulaiman Gets a Huge Send-off in Mexico

Hundreds of people all over the world touched down in Mexico City to pay their final respects to the former president of the World Boxing Council, Jose Sulaiman. Services were held from Friday to Monday at French Pantheon. Sulaiman died last Thursday at a hospital in Los Angeles, California. The longtime leader of the WBC was 82-years-old at the time of his passing and led the biggest sanctioning body in the world for several decades. Sulaiman's health deteriorated after undergoing an operation on his heart late last year. Photos by Alma Montiel/WBC.
