On Tuesday, three Puerto Rican fighters who will be seeing action this coming Friday, at the Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, New York trained at the gym Wilfredo Gomez Arena in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico for their respective commitments.


 
Jonathan "Pitbull" Vidal (17-0, 9KO's) will be facing undefeated Mexican Mario Munoz (13-0, 10KO's) in the bantamweight division and will be the co-featured bout of the televised undercard on Showtime.


 
Also in the training was the hard-hitting, Jeffrey "Dynamite" Fontanez (11-0, 9 KOs), who will be facing the veteran Mexican Alejandro "Soma" Rodriguez (19-10, 11KO's).


 
On the other hand, hard-hitting and Latin interim champion WBO, WBA Fedecaribe super welterweight champ, Jorge "Destroyer" Melendez (26-2-1, 25KO's), is the central figure of this card and who will be facing Nick Brinson (14-1-2,6 KO's).


 
"PR STRIKING FORCE: JORGE MELENDEZ & JONATHAN VIDAL" will take place on Friday June 7 at the Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, New York.
