Photos: Joan Guzman - I'll School Khan, Rios, Garcia!

By Reynaldo Sanchez

Former super featherweight champion Joan “Little Tyson” Guzman is training hard for his return on the Acquinity Sports card on July 21st at The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Guzman is 100% recovered from an injury to his right hand.

“At the moment, the doctors tell me that the therapy was successful. Me and my trainer German Caicedo are very happy. We are scheduled to fight next month vs TBA. I’m anxious to show my great shape and I want to tell everybody that “Little Tyson” is ready to face any junior welterweight champ out there”

“I can face and beat any big name you want....Amir Khan, Danny Garcia, Humberto Soto or Brandon Rios. All of them know me. Me, my promoter and my trainer - we know that when these guys take a real challenger like me, they will be schooled," said Guzman.

“None of them have my skills. I know that I might defeat them easily and maybe they know it. I defeated Humberto Soto once and I can do it once again. Come on boys let's do the fights that the boxing fans want to see and deserve," said Guzman.

Guzman is a scrub, he isn't beating anyone. Dude is lazy and let his best days pass him by.

Guzman would box Brandon Rios' ears off, and I'd also favor him to defeat Khan. Unfortunately for Guzman none of these dudes are itching to risk it against him, so he's just going to have to keep piling up the…
