Las Vegas,Nev.  ---  Undefeated WBA Jr. Welterweight champion Jessie Vargas, the "Pride of Las Vegas"  holds a fan fest appreciation and media day for his upcoming first title fight against undefeated Anton Novikov from Chelyabinsk, Russia on the undercard of Brandon Rios vs Diego Chaves, Saturday,August 2 in the Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Promoted by Top Rank®, in association with Tecate, and televised on HBO Boxing After Dark®,  tickets to the Rios vs. Chaves / Vargas vs. Novikov world championship event are available for purchase at www.cosmopolitanlasvegas.com or through Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 and www.ticketmaster.com. Looking forward to seeing more of Jessie Vargas, I hope he starts getting better and higher profile fights. He seems like a good guy.
