Photos: Ievgen Khytrov Makes Destructive Pro Debut

By Damien Acevedo

Webster Hall, New York City, New York - 2012 Olympian Ievgen Khytrov (1-0, 1KO) made his pro debut with a fury, landing a big left hand in the first round to put away Christian Nava (2-5-1). The highly regarded super middleweight prospect headlined the event being staged by Dmitry Salita’s Star of David promotions. Khytrov, trained by former champion Buddy McGirt, is being pushed as the next "Gennady Golovkin" but time will tell if the Ukrainian slugger will live up to the hype.
