Lightweight prospect Hylon Williams Jr. 15-0-0 (3 KO's) is still working hard for this Friday's fight against unbeaten Cuban Rances Barthelemy 14-0-0 (11 KO's), taking place at Texas Station Casino in Las Vegas. Williams, during a nightly training session, told us "we are at weight and the work load is just about done and now we are working [in the gym] to stay in conidtion."

“On Friday February 3rd, we will give everybody a big surprise. Some of them believe the numbers on Hylon's record, that he doesn’t have power. Nevertheless, we know that we have a boxer with a lot of skill and he's going to show you all of his power. You will see everything on Friday,” said physical conditioner DJ Montanocordoba. “We use this type of clothing to sweat rapidly."

Trainer Ramón Garbey said “the only thing we are waiting for is the weigh-in and the fight. We have big plans for Hylon and this is a step towards better fights in the future.”

Luis DeCubas Jr., Williams' manager, said on Friday - “our boy is still in great shape and I can promise you that he will remain undefetaed."
