IBF/WBA 'regular' super middleweight champion Carl Froch was mobbed by an army during his open workout on Monday in Nottingham, and now his domestic rival, George Groves, had an army of his own at his open workout with trainer Paddy Fitzpatrick at the Westfield Shopping Centre Shepherds Bush in London, England. Groves challenges Froch for his world titles this coming Saturday night before 80,000 fans at Wembley.
For what it's worth there's a place in North London called Cockfosters.
Haha yeah, I am from Manchester myself but have been to London many times and I believe there is also a small area called 'Mudchute'? I think in terms of strange place names, Mudchute takes it!
Stance too wide...
A wide stance makes for slow lateral movement. Yet he's STILL faster than Froch in every way and every direction. Groves by split decision.
