Photos: Garcia Threatens Morales, Restrained By Hopkins

Barclays Center, Brooklyn, New York - The drama nearly exploded during the official weigh-in for Saturdays Showtime televised quardupleheader. Tensions began yesterday when it was revealed that Eric Morales reportedly tested positive for Clenbuterol. USADA [United States Anti Drug Agency] informed Golden Boy Promotions , and both fighters, that there were issues with a drug test taken by Morales.

It is still 100% unclear whether the Danny Garcia will defend his WBC/WBA junior welterweight titles against Morales on Saturday night.  While Golden Boy's CEO Richard Schaefer insists all parties will await the outcome of Morales' B sample, the New York State Athletic Commission has yet to weigh in on the matter.

Both fighters made weight for Saturday night's headliner, but the continued bad blood spilled between camps. Garcia weighed , while Morales - who missed weight prior to their first meet - came in at  139.2 lb., although he had to weigh in twice.

During their face to face - Garcia called Morales "a cheater" and threatened to "f*** him up." Garcia continued to get further enraged until close friend and Golden Boy partner Bernard Hopkins held him back.

Weigh-in Results:

Danny Garcia 139.8 lb v. Erik Morales 139.2 lb - 12 rds for Garcia's unified 140 lb. titles

Paul Malignaggi 146.2 lb v. Pablo Cano 148.4 lb*- 12 rds for Malignaggi's 147 lb. title

* Cano has one hour to lose 1.4 lb

Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam 159 lb. v. Peter Quillin 159.2 lb - 12 rds for N'Dam N'Jikam's 160 lb. title

Randall Bailey 147 lb v. Devon Alexander 146.8 lb - 12 rds for Bailey's 147 lb. title

What a shame Cano did not make the weight. I can't stand it when fighters do not make weight. There is no phuken excuse for it and it just shows their lack of discipline.
Yeah Morales does not look good, he looks old and withered. But hey, it would be amazing if he won though! Garcia seems like a nice kid but Morales in his prime was 10 times the fighter Danny…

Is Melvina Lathan looking at Morales' junk?
Cano looks pretty bad. Paulie winning by stoppage is now a likely possibility.
MAybe I'm wrong, but Cano's body seemed to have no definition at all.

I'd love to know what Morales said in the beginning to set Garcia off!
