Photos: Froch Blasts Groves - Monster Wembley Gallery

Before a record crowd of 80,000 fans at Wembley Stadium in London, IBF/WBA "regular" super middleweight champion Carl Froch (33-2, 24 KOs) retained his belts with an eighth round knockout of George Groves (19-2, 15 KOs) in their highly anticipated rematch. After Groves started to find a good rhythm in round seven, Froch landed a vicious right hand in the eight which sent Groves down and out. The referee Charlie Fitch quickly waved things off.
