IBF World Middleweight Champion Felix Sturm is just weeks away from his first title defense. On May 31, Sturm will enter the ring at the KoenigPALAST in Krefeld, Germany, against mandatory challenger Sam Soliman from Australia. To give you an insight into Sturms preparation we hosted a Media Day earlier.

Felix Sturm: Im excited about Krefeld. Its a great arena, the atmosphere will be electric. A lot has happened since I first fought Soliman. I learned from my mistakes and Im much more disciplined now. Im not emotional about this fight. Im just doing my job and I love doing it. I enjoy every day of training and Im in tip-top shape. Soliman will be surprised. He doesnt know whats coming for him. Hes the challenger, Im the world champion. And I will remain world champion.

Fritz Sdunek: Felix has developed a lot. Especially considering his weight, hes much more disciplined now. We can focus on the important things. We finished the first couple of sparring days and Felix is in an astonishing shape. Soliman should better be ready.

Tickets for Sturm vs. Soliman 2 on May 31, 2014 at the KoenigPALAST in Krefeld, Germany, can be bought online at www.eventim.de and at www.tickethall.de or by calling +49-186-570070.

[QUOTE=robbyheartbaby]Go to hell Felix WORM! Prepare for ANOTHER boxing lesson at the hands of Sam 'The King' Soliman baby! You're going to lose that little title of yours to an Australian warrior! GGG Would knock you out in 2 rounds by the way! Felix WORM is a perfect example of a paper champion...

Sturm will never be a big puncher, no matter how much iron he pumps.
