Photos: Estrada Mobbed, Hero's Welcome For Viloria Win

By Rafael Soto

There was a great reception this afternoon at the Hermosillo Internancional Airport, where Juan Francisco Estrada (23-2, 18 KOs) arrived from Macau, China. Last Saturday in Macau, Estrada stopped Brian Viloria's streak of victories over Mexican boxers by winning a clear twelve round decision to capture the WBA/WBO flyweight titles. He did what very few believed was possible, and what Giovani Segura, Pingo Miranda, Omar Nino and Tyson Marquez failed to do in the last two years. He was mobbed by fans, family, friends and the press.

Fighter of the year so far,he put on a master class performance against the top dog at flyweight, throwing 964 punches and landing 43% of them. Hopefully he's back on television for his next fight.
