Photos: Estrada Bloody, Cazares Wins, Zarate Jr. Upset

Gimnasio de las Liebres, Rio Bravo, Tamaulipas, Mexico - Daniel Estrada (29-2-1, 21KOs) was bloody but he still captured the WBC silver lightweight title with a twelfth round stoppage of Adrian Verdugo (22-6-1, 19KOs).

Former champion Hugo Cazares (37-7-2, 26KOs) won a twelve round unanimous decision over Daniel Diaz (19-4-1, 14KOs) in a super bantamweight bout. The scores were 118-110, 119-110 and 118-111.

Journeyman Daniel Valenzuela (28-13-1, 16KOs) got a shocking fifth round stoppage over unbeaten lightweight prospect Carlos Zarate Jr. (17-1, 12KOs), who dislocated his right shoulder and couldn't continue.

yeah that is to bad. hope something can be done to work things out. he has legend in his blood. my only problem is i have seen SHOCKING STOPPAGE and GET'S STOPPED on other forums like the guy got beat…

2 bad 4 Z jr, a good fighter, saw him live 2x but in the past 2 yrs has had 2 surguries on that shoulder now a dislocation..mayb needs 2 c Dr. James Andrews...
